Incident IQ is a provider of workflow and asset management solutions specifically designed for K-12 schools. The platform has key capabilities, including workflow, ticketing, inventory, and asset management that the Company leverages to build products on top of the platform. iiQ’s first products were IT service management and IT asset management products. Since then, it has developed facilities management, event management, and HR service delivery products. To customers, iiQ operates like a consolidated ticketing system: there is a single portal to submit different types of tickets, with workflows built to drive cross-departmental coordination.
