Background
Alex spent the first part of her career as an investment professional before she transitioned to become Cove Hill’s Head of IR & People. Before taking this leadership role, Alex was a vice president on the investment team at Cove Hill. Prior to joining Cove Hill, Alex was a private equity associate at Golden Gate Capital, where she executed investments and actively supported the firm’s portfolio companies in the industrials sector. She began her career in investment banking at J.P. Morgan, where she advised on M&A transactions, public offerings, and debt financings.
Alex lives in Boston with her husband and two sons. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and doing activities outdoors (especially in her hometown of Jackson Hole). She is an avid skier, hiker, and Chicago sports fan.

What do you do in your free time outside of work?
Spend time with my husband and two sons - we like to be outside as much as possible!

What was your favorite childhood TV show?
Friends. Two decades later and it is still my favorite show!

What is the best vacation you've ever taken?
For our honeymoon, my husband and I went backpacking in the Dolomites (would highly recommend).

Alex graduated from Princeton University with an A.B. in History, magna cum laude, and from Harvard Business School with an M.B.A.
