Background
Emma joined Cove Hill in January of 2025 as an Executive Coordinator. Prior to Cove Hill, she worked at Compass Real Estate as an Executive Assistant and also held her residential real estate license.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys traveling and being outdoors with her Labrador, Dewey. She loves spending time on the boat in Falmouth, taking Solidcore classes, and trying new dishes her husband—who she thinks is her private chef—prepares for dinner.

What is your favorite Cove and Hill to travel to?
My favorite Cove to travel to is Punta Mita, Mexico. We often travel here to surf and sip mezcal margaritas. My favorite Hill is Aspen, CO. Being from Vail, I am not supposed to say this, but it truly has such fun mountains to ski in the winter and hike in the summer. Can't beat Bonnie's Pancakes on a Power Day.
What was the last thing you binge-watched on Netflix?
Nobody Wants This. I could not stop, it was so refreshing and funny!
What is your favorite board game?
Not technically a board game, but I bring Monopoly Deal with me everywhere. I have multiple sets. Ironically- I strongly dislike Monopoly as a board game, it takes too long.
