In Memoriam
On August 31st, 2025, our dear friend and colleague Erin Connolly passed away following a two-year battle with breast cancer. We will remember Erin for her kindness, sharp wit, impeccible fashion sense, and unwavering dedication to her community – including Cove Hill. Erin touched the lives of everyone who had the privilege of knowing her, and her absence is deeply felt. We are forever grateful for the many ways she made a lasting impact on our firm and our team.
Erin joined Cove Hill in November of 2019, working with the investment team on their day to day operations and sourcing efforts. Prior to Cove Hill, Erin had spent the last decade living in New York City and working at Bain Capital and Permira Advisors. She was a Boston native and returned in 2018 to call Boston home again.
Outside of work Erin loved running, experimenting with new recipes and watching Bravo. She was also a new mom to her puppy, Sunshine “Sunny” Rainbow Connolly.
