Background
Jaime joined Cove Hill in March of 2026 as an Executive Coordinator.
Prior to Cove Hill,  she worked at Bain Capital in Public Equity, where she supported the Chief Investment Officer. Previously, Jaime spent fifteen years at Regan Communications Group, managing complex logistics and executive operations within the Boston PR landscape. With nearly two decades of experience, she is dedicated to supporting leadership with precision and discretion.
Originally from Cape Cod, Jaime spent a decade in Osterville before making her home in Boston. Outside of the office, she enjoys yoga, travel, and the Boston food scene. A former competitive equestrian on the Hunter Jumper circuit, she remains an enthusiast of the outdoors. Jaime lives in Boston with her significant other, Charlie, and they have a wonderful blended family of five children. She particularly enjoys spending time at her family home in Mexico.

What is your favorite thing to cook to impress guests? 
My signature dish is a classic lemon, sage and rosemary roast chicken. The best part is the "second act" that turns into chicken noodle soup using broth simmered from the roasted bones!
What is the best vacation you've ever taken? 
In August 2025, my entire family spent 21 days touring through Italy. It was truly the trip of a lifetime and a wonderful way to experience the culture and history together.
What is your favorite board game? 
I am an avid player! While I love the strategy of Backgammon, and the fun of Mexican Train or Monopoly, I've always had a soft spot for the fast pace of Blackjack.
