Jane has spent the last 16 years of her career working with and investing in technology, consumer and media/telecommunications companies.
Prior to joining the Cove Hill founding team, Jane worked as Chief of Staff at OpsGenie, where she worked closely with the management team on key strategic initiatives, including the sale of the company to Atlassian.
Prior to Opsgenie, Jane worked at Bain Capital Public Equity, investing in publicly traded software companies. Before that, Jane spent three years at Berkshire Partners, working as an investment associate in both its private equity group and its public equity affiliate, Stockbridge. Jane began her career at Morgan Stanley, working in the media and communications investment banking group.
Jane lives in Boston with her husband, and two children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and reading. She also sits on the Boston Children's Hospital Philanthropic Board of Advisors.

What’s your favorite part about investing in software?
Learning all about what a product does, how it provides value to customers, and thinking about all the things the business or product could do for its customers.
What do you do in your free time outside of work?
Spending time with my family – my husband and my two children. Not only are they a lot of fun but they keep me on my toes!
What was your favorite childhood TV show?
Grey’s Anatomy. Over two decades later it is still my favorite show – I grew up with these characters (even if only a few are left!).
Education
Jane graduated from Yale University with a B.A. in Economics, cum laude. She received an MBA from Harvard Business School, where she was a Baker Scholar.
