Background
Joshua joined Cove Hill Partners in 2026, where he collaborates closely with portfolio company teams to drive growth through go-to-market strategy, customer operations, and broader commercial excellence.
Before Cove Hill, Joshua was a member of the Portfolio Operations team at Serent Capital, a growth-equity firm focused on B2B software companies. At Serent, he partnered with founders and management teams to build and scale high-performing sales and customer-success organizations. He also served in an operational capacity, including a stint as interim COO at one of his portfolio companies.
Earlier in his career, Joshua worked as a Project Leader at BCG, where he concentrated on clients in the financial-services and technology sectors.
Outside of work, Joshua enjoys skiing, attending comedy shows, and spending time with his wife and dog. He's also an avid fan of the Philadelphia Eagles (Go Birds).

What is your favorite Cove and Hill to travel to?
My favorite “cove” is Condado Beach in Puerto Rico — it’s where I grew up, and it’s also where I proposed to my wife. My favorite “hill” is Park City: the mountain terrain is massive (perfect for skiing), and the town itself is great.
What is your favorite board game?
I’m a big fan of Monopoly Deal (the card-game version of Monopoly). It’s quick, competitive, and fun. I'm embarrassed to admit but I’ve even missed a few train stops because I was completely absorbed in the game.
What inspired you to pursue a career in private equity?
I grew up in an entrepreneurial family & I’ve seen firsthand what it means to build something from the ground up. For me, there’s no better place than private equity to partner with strong management teams, help support their growth, and invest in their long-term success.

Education

Joshua earned a Bachelors in Business Administration, with Honors & High Distinction, from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. He received an MBA from Wharton.
