Background
Prior to joining Cove Hill, Nico spent three years serving financial services clients in the Columbus, Ohio area as part of Deloitte's audit group. After moving to Boston in 2023, Nico worked at Bain Capital as a part of the Private Equity finance team, specializing in fund accounting and operations across North America, Europe, and Asia.
Outside of work, Nico enjoys spending time with friends, reading, following his favorite teams (all things Pittsburgh and Liverpool FC), and exploring the concert and restaurant scene in Boston. He currently lives in Boston's West End.

What is the most interesting book you have read recently? 
"The Creative Act" by Rick Rubin. Pretty interesting read even if you work in a traditionally non-creative field (sorry accountants). A new perspective on how to approach projects and work.
What is your go-to karaoke song? 
Depends on the night, but normally some Red Hot Chili Peppers
What is your favorite thing to cook to impress guests? 
My grandparent's red sauce and meatballs. Very loose recipe and technique passed down through the family

Nico graduated summa cum laude from The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Business and Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
