Background
Prior to joining Cove Hill, Rich was an investment banking analyst at William Blair where he worked in the technology sector group. During this time, he advised companies on sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions.
Outside of work, Rich enjoys spending time with friends and family, trying new restaurants, and hiking and exploring the outdoors.

The opportunity to support and partner with management teams for a company's next stage of growth
What is the best vacation you've ever taken?
I spent a month hiking and rock climbing in Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons, and I'm looking for any excuse to explore new national parks.

Rich graduated summa cum laude from Wake Forest University with a B.S. in Biophysics, a B.A. in Economics, and a minor in Chemistry.
